•  In order to stay in touch with the issues of our community and with other business owners, NBI is a member of the Missoula Chamber of Commerce and The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

• NBI is an affiliate board member for NARPM.

NBI is licensed and insured protecting our customers from liability. In addition, workman’s compensation and unemployment insurance protect our employees.

• NBI has been in business since 1995 providing excellent service to clients in the Missoula Valley.

 

NBI uses Walker mowers which provide an exceptional cut. NBI composts all grass clippings and all pruning debris.

• Our equipment inventory is extensive and we are able to provide services for large and small contracts.

NBI has established a quality workforce ensuring employee retention, consistency, and professionalism.

• NBI conducts safety and equipment training to provide an educated workforce and safe working environment.

• NBI is proud of our employee retention rate. This helps to ensure quality and consistent service for our clients.

NBI is known and referred for its excellent and consistent communication with clients.

• In an industry known for not returning phone calls, NBI returns phone calls in a timely manner.

• We provide cell phones for our supervisors in each truck.

• If there is an emergency or contact is imperative after hours, Lori can be reached until 9:00 pm on the company cell phone at 406-544-4754.

With over 960 members and growing, the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce is the largest business organization in Missoula and IS the “voice of business”. As a member of the Chamber, a business is provided with networking and marketing opportunities available only to Chamber members. Also, members may grow through participation and support of committees and activities in which the Chamber is involved.

NARPM:

 

Their Mission is to support the professional and ethical practices of rental home management through networking, education, and designation.

They are an association designed for real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. NARPM® offers an effective, professional learning environment for owners of property management companies, property managers and their office staff.

Our owner Craig Best was the Past Affiliate Board Member for 2010. He was a voting member of the board and still attends quarterly meetings that help govern the direction of the association.
