Q: What do we charge for mowing and trimming?
A: It depends on the size of your lawn, where you are located, and if it has been mowed regularly or not. We do charge extra for long grass. We provide free estimates for all of our services.
Q: Do we take credit cards?
A: We are happy to announce that we are now accepting ALL major credit cards for payment. There are three ways that this service can benefit you. They are as follows:
- We can keep your confidential credit card information on file and a monthly charge for your services will appear on the monthly invoice that you currently receive.
- You can call into our office at anytime to make a payment with your credit card over the phone.
- You can make your payment online on our website. It’s simple, confidential and can be done from anywhere at anytime!
Q: What other services do we offer?
A: We offer full year round services for all your Commercial and Residential Landscape Maintenance needs as well as Snow and Ice Control and Holiday Lighting and Decor. Q: Do we apply organic fertilizer?
A: We offer Organic pre emergents and fertilizers. We recommend one spring fertilization, two summer fertilizer applications/weed treatments (as needed) and a fall slow release fertilizer.
Q: Does Nature’s Best mean you are a “green” company?
A: The lawn maintenance and landscaping industry is implementing new green practices and Nature’s Best also addressing these issues. We are working on implementing green policies to counteract our impact on our environment. Nature’s Best owns a Hi-Jet mini truck that you may have seen around town. We were one of the first businesses to purchase this type of fuel efficient vehicle and we use it around Missoula to service numerous residential and commercial properties. We are also working towards more organic options for fertilizer and offering a “green” lawn service.
Q: When will you come and mow my lawn?
A: When we receive your contract for services, we schedule your lawn which can vary between your personal needs and our routing throughout the Missoula Valley. If you have special needs that you would like us to consider, please let us know.
Q: What should I do to make my lawn healthy?
A: No matter if you choose to fertilize your lawn or go an organic route, there usually is an answer to helping you create the lawn you want. We can send you our lawn experts to help you in making those choices and provide you with the latest information on the causes and help you decide what you would like to do to fix the problem.
Q: I haven’t received a bill from you yet…when can I expect to see something so I can pay you?
A: We bill at the beginning of each month. You should receive a bill in the mail on or before the 5th of the month. If your service occurred on the 1st or 2nd in any given month, you won’t receive a bill until the following month. We expect payment within 30 days of the date of your statement.
Q: Why doesn’t my bill show that I made a payment?
A: Sometimes, if you pay near the end of the month, our invoice to you may have crossed in the mail. Please just call our office at 406-549-1196 and let us know and we’ll check our records and make sure we have received your payment.
